What we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have. Last updated July 2026.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, contact details, and the documentation required to deliver your service, for example passport details for a visa application or medical records for a treatment referral. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit this site.
Solely to deliver the services you request, to communicate with you about them, and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Only the third parties necessary to deliver your service, such as universities, embassies, clinics, hospitals and carriers, and only to the extent each of them requires. We share what is needed, not more.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to deliver your service and to satisfy the legal, tax and record-keeping obligations that apply to it. When it is needed for neither purpose, we delete it or render it anonymous. If you want to know how long we hold a particular record, ask us and we will tell you.
Depending on where you are located, you may hold rights under data-protection law, including the right to access your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Wherever you are, we will act on those requests unless the law requires us to retain the information. Write to us and we will respond.
Delivering our services often means sending information to another country, for example to an embassy or a hospital abroad. Where that happens, we share only what that organisation requires to act on your behalf.
