These terms govern the services we provide. Last updated July 2026.
The specific services, deliverables and fees that apply to you are set out in the written quote agreed with you before work begins. That quote, together with these terms, forms our agreement.
We cannot guarantee outcomes that rest with third parties: visa decisions, university admissions, and clinical results are made by authorities, institutions and clinicians, not by us. We are responsible for the quality, completeness and timeliness of the work we perform.
You agree to give us accurate information and to supply required documents on time. Delays or inaccuracies can affect both outcomes and timelines, and some deadlines set by third parties cannot be reopened once missed.
Fees are set out in your written quote and cover the scope agreed there. If your requirements change during the work, any adjustment is discussed and agreed with you before it is incurred. Payment terms are stated in the quote.
You may cancel at any time by writing to us. Work already completed, and costs we have already incurred on your behalf, remain payable. Third-party fees already paid, such as embassy, university, clinic or carrier charges, are generally not recoverable because they are outside our control. We will tell you what is and is not recoverable before you decide.
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for decisions taken by third parties, or for losses arising from information that was given to us incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
