Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what clients ask first.

If your question is not here, ask us directly, we answer honestly, including when the answer is no.

How much do your services cost?

Cost depends on the service and your circumstances, so we do not publish fixed prices. After a short discovery conversation you receive a written quote covering the agreed scope. If your requirements change along the way, any adjustment is discussed and agreed with you before it is incurred.

How long does a student application take?

For Russian universities, allow three to six months from first enquiry to arrival, depending on the intake and how quickly documents can be gathered. Applying earlier widens your options considerably.

Can you guarantee a visa or a university place?

No, and be cautious of anyone who does. Visa and admission decisions rest with authorities and institutions. What we control is the quality and completeness of the application, which is where most rejections originate.

Do you work with clients outside your region?

Yes. Our focus is the Middle East and Russia, and most of the process is handled remotely, so clients engage us from across the region and beyond regardless of time zone.

What happens after I arrive?

Support continues. For students that means help with registration, accommodation and settling in locally. For medical clients it covers aftercare scheduling and follow-up.

Which languages does your team speak?

Our team works in Arabic, English and Russian.

How do I get started?

Send a short message describing your goal and rough timeline. Discovery is free and commits you to nothing.
